Plans can change—we get it. If you need to cancel before your scheduled departure, we’ll issue you a travel credit equal to your fare. You can use this credit for another trip on the same day, subject to availability.
Please note: cancellations made at or after departure time are not accepted, and the fare will be forfeited. No-shows are also non-refundable and non-transferable.
If you booked directly with us, you can reschedule your trip before your original departure time (as long as there’s space on the new schedule). To make a change, simply log in to your account on our website or reach out to us at booking@summitexpress.ca or call +1 403-681-5253.
If the fare for the new trip is higher, the difference will be charged. Once changed, your new itinerary replaces the old one. For tickets booked via Busbud or other online travel agencies, changes must be managed through their platform if permitted.
Absolutely! Certified service animals are always welcome at no extra cost. If the animal isn’t clearly identified as a service animal, our driver may ask for official documentation.
Please note: emotional support animals do not qualify under our current service animal guidelines. However, pet owners can book a Private Transfer, which allows pets onboard.
